Hey guys,
I'm a brand new noob to telekinesis. So here's my questions.
When practicing lesson 1, in which we need to wave our hands really hard towards the piece of paper. How do we know if the paper move just because of the wind our hands create? or if it's really telekinesis?
Another case, in psi wheel exercise, a lot of times the wheel rotates because the wind we create when moving our hands, or because of the imbalance of the wheel itself causes it to rotate, or simply we're breathing too hard.
So how do we know we're improving or just fooling ourselves?
