When you contact someone, was it ouija board or some else method, remember protection. For example certain spells, visualising white protecting light, certain objects and white candle helps. Also know who you are contacting, I recommend that don't play with evil spirits. I did some dangerous thing week or two ago and sent very powerful demon to my shaman friend. But I didn't know it can happen that easily and I didn't mean to do it, I was only researching things. Luckily he was able to get rid of the demon.

OK, I don't have experience of chinese traditions in these things. My shaman friend and others have told me that you can use white candle for protection. But candles have also many other meanings/purposes etc. Remember that what you believe in also matters, for example you can bless items. I think it's good that people tell here their own experiences about protection. 10 years ago when I started to learn and do these things my ''teachers'' didn't teach me about protection and that's why things happened.

True, easy to open and call but hard to close or getting rid of. I try to avoid using ouija anymore. But on this website here are a lot of young people who want's contact something/somebody and use ouija that's why I wanted to do this topic.

Though they do retreat once I start praying some "Our fathers" or "Hail marys", which is why it's always advisable to carry crucifixes around you at all times, I carry a silver crucifix around my neck all the time, feels safer that way

Prayers and religious objects are good and strong if you have to get rid off some bad spirits. Some have recommended runes because they also are very strong, protective and have many other abilities.
