A lot of you guys are skipping lesson one because of the fact that you're just pushing wind to move the object. Well, that's the point! That's what makes lesson one so important. You have to understand that there is "stuff" between you and the object, and that in order to get the desired results, you have to displace the space between you and the object by manipulating wind, so you ARE using your energy, therefore, it IS telekinesis. I've been training all day, and now my arm hurts. But the plus side is, I can now slightly move a can.

Personally, I believe that if you have to slightly move your hand in order to force push then chances are that you're actually doing Chi blast/projection rather than telekinesis. On the other hand (pun intended), if you don't have to move your hand at all then you are performing genuine telekinesis force push involving ''mind + distance + motion''.

When I'm trying to do it,I only see that the blue light is surrounding my hands&the purple light is surrounding the object.And then I feel tingling going through my body...That's all.

The force push is so addicting to do since it's summer break for me. I'm not excited about going to high school for the very first time as I won't have any time to practice. Oh well. However, I finally got to pull today!

But people need to know it takes time to master telekinesis. You won't be able to move a rock in hours. Lesson one is like the foundation while lesson two is when you can do true telekinesis, and a weak foundation means you're not quite ready.

Dude that means you can see aura/energy and that's a big plus. That ability is supposed to make things easier for you in TK and other stuff. It's up to you to understand how everything works.

So, even if it's the wind moving the object it still mean you're doing tk? And by the way I can feel some sort of relationship between my hand and the object I'm trying to move which I think is good, but I still can't move the object.
