I found an article on this on WikiHow and it's a perfect technique. I'll let you know if I do because I do have I feeling that I have past lives but not sure so I HAVE to give this a try.

I remember two incidences in my previous incarnation. First one I was boarding a steam train at a station. There were many soldiers around me. I had a rifle in one hand and a medics pack hanging off my right shoulder. I looked in a mirror at the station, and I saw myself. Male, blond, young. So I tidied myself up.
Second incident was in the middle of a battlefield. Bullets firing around me. I was running to a foxhole to an injured soldier. I had my medics bag with me and I lost my helmet on the way. I dove into the foxhole and proceeded to bandage up the injured soldier. Relieved, I straightened myself up, not realising I was exposing my whereabouts to the enemy... and was shot. Yep, I remember my death.

What was I? A soldier/medic in the infantry, in the German Army during World War II.

I think we can definitely say that you were in the military. It could be from World War One perhaps? I mean I think that the German Army had machine guns in WW2 rather than rifles. I could be wrong of course, it wouldn't be the first time! (or the last)

It was WWII. The uniform was that of WWII, not WWI. And rifles were used then as well. The English had the Lee-Enfield's.

Ah, the uniforms would be a give away.

bueno. ma non mi piacce, perche è un falta de respeto. ademas posso usare palabras que el traductor no reconoce, o abreviare palabras que el traductor no reconoce. como "q" o "xq". o peor, empiezo a mesclare palabras entre spagnolo e italiano. du riescht so gut nazir!
