I was able to do the force push without moving hands fine an hour ago. Then I tried astral projection, got a nosebleed, and now I can't do the force push anymore. Is this normal? Please reply!
Answer: Most likely you put to much strain on your brain I suggest a peaceful meditation and you should be fine! Also when your training your force push without hands try not to strain and always try to be as calm & relaxed as possible. Goodluck! ~Brandon
