Maybe your family is different than mine, or you just don't care what they think. I know how my family would react if they found out, and it wouldn't be too nice for me.

mine would probably call my a devil worshiper and try to get me exercised, XD so far my dad has found my channel and only makes fun of me buttt ohwell when i get really good at aerokinesis im going to go blow over his house XD

I have not really progressed, but I think I might soon. I just tried telekinesis a different way than usual. My usual was just to blast it with energy, but now I do it the AEMI way. I visualize, I don't want to say visualize because it dealt with more than just vision, myself becoming everything around me. When I try to visualize me spreading my consciousness to the air and hitting the psi-wheel & piece of tin foil nothing happens. I might not have been in the right mindset when I visualized the air. Then I visualized me becoming the earth. The two objects moved quite a bit. I also imagined the white energy from my heart going throughout my body and my third eye collecting energy and sending it to my heart. I did not imagine the white energy too much though, so its effects were subtle. I think that if I try this method when I'm really in the mood the results would be great. Oh yeah, something else I noticed. The piece of tin-foil, which requires more energy to move than the psi-wheel, would move like crazy, if not only move, after my eyes started to see "negative". It wasn't purely negative but my vision turns mostly black, it happens after you stare at something for a long time.

I hated going to gym, so before I found out what telekinesis was and the fact that you shouldn't use it on humans I decided to make everybody miss every single basket, and it worked for the most part.

I have this technique of leaning to the side to make the ball miss.

Little bit more progress on lesson 2. Moving psi wheel little more without hands. Success on doing lesson 1 to a bit heavier stuff.

Moved a vedy little bit alum.foil without hands. But after that, I couldnt repeat what I have done. I always think how it is easy to move it, but when it comes to reality, Its harder than lift a car physicaly
