This is a very powerful beat which made me feel strong energy come to my palms and feet right after i click on Play.....not even in a meditation posture...it would be even fascinating i gusse if I do lotus posture. would like to hear what you feel on your body after try this beat!

I've read a lot of scaremongering about Binaural beats. I've never had any ill effect. I imagine its much like the hype around Ouija boards.

At least the binaural ones is not so big and you can discuss it with someone easily. But there's just so many crap around spirit boards.

I would recommend after experience to meditate without music or anything. Meditating on your own will improve your concentration and make you able to meditate and stay calm even in the most noisy areas. Like at home with loud TVs and radios.

the first thing i would say is this video is safe to me, but I'm not sure if its 100% safe to you my friend, since everyone has their own different vibration and unique characters. just follow your intuition your inner self expectation to do what ever you want to do . i also use binaural beats for daily meditation tone. and some other videos on youtube. but I do feel some videos on youtube are really low frequency, can sense if its weather good or bad for you from give a few mins try on it.
