Hey OP,
yep there are ways of improving your chances at being taller - eat lots of protein, drink loads of organic milk/dairy: Protein, calcium and growth factor are the 3 major points.
Weight lifting and high-impact sports, with proper protein and calcium, can boost the levels of Human Growth Hormone in the body to make you get taller.
Look/research on the internet up these supplements: all can be found at health food shops.
1. Glutamine - increases the height of bones and joints, you can get this from most supermarkets, drugstores or health food shops
2. Royal Jelly (if you take alot, it can help you grow bigger than you usually would have)
3. Chlorella
4. Spirulina
As far as I know these are pretty healthy to take anyway, but the key is to take them regularly every day for as long as it takes to see height improvement.
I don't think these supplements will help after bone plates fuse at around 23 for guys, or 21 for girls.
