I thought I could do it at first, but then I realized It wasn't astral projection, it was my imagination. Can somebody help me with astral projection?

OK i would like to say i am so sorry for being gone again i know its been like a month or two just been so busy!. well crazy thing is i went to visit my family in flordia where i use to live ,because i moved to new jersey to get a better education, and i was talking to my brother who is the biggest skeptic about anything telekinesis ,meditation and its crazy to see he has a open mind about these kind of study s. When i was talking to him about my experience about tk he told me he looked into astral projection. now bare in mind i was ware of astral projection but was to scared to attempt because i thought i would fail to return to my body, and get lost forever however my brother who never attempted it showed me a video and he said that claim is false you will always return. so its been awhile since i meditated or even tryed to move anything and the crazy thing is it worked i layed on my back closed my eyes and focus on my third eye in about 5 minutes my body starting vibrating . i saw all black. after that i was standing next to my bed watching my self sleep if that makes any sense?. my question to you guys is i would like to continue doing this and travel other places because when i was out of my body i knew there was no limits i was just scared to travel elsewear because i thought i was going to get lost. Any tips to better my journeys or to go somewhere cool. Also could i look around my house or go into my cousins room and see him or would he not be there

Firstly, welcome back brother! Its good to see from you and I am happy to hear that you have had such success with Astral Projection. Its funny how you were inspired by your brothers skepticism, its interesting the way that happens lol.

hey what's up mark! how's it going and thanks for responding. I have always wanted to see the world the moon, mars, mount Rushmore, now what would you say the danger level is of traveling so far is it possible to get lost in these places. also if someone were to shake me while im astral projecting will I wake up?. im also getting back into telekinesis to see how far I can go with it lol hopefully like Carrie or Andrew from chronicle but I think ill stick with the psi wheel for now or paper towels. Another crazy thing is if I get into the mentality of telekinesis I can still feel my chi energy its weird cause I haven't meditated for a long time so I would think my powers went away completely. The bad part is I can only feel chi energy slightly and people cant feel it as much as they use to before, when I showed people how much pressure I could put on there hand without touching them.

All you have to do if you are lost is open your eyes. It's like dreaming in that sense.

well ive been experimenting with astral projection and this was my most clear projection i have had. In order to get out of body i imagined myself falling through my bed, after about 5 minutes i starting falling as if i was really falling through my bed. I got kind of freaked out by this so i imagined myself back in my room and there i was. In the astral world it was really weird i was floating about 2 feet off the ground because im about 5 foot 9 and was as tall as my door which is about 7 feet tall. I exited my door which was my intention and when i walked outside into my living room it was pitch black. I thought to myself how could i turn on the lights but instead imagined a huge flame in my hand like a superhero and there it was. It was weird because when i woke up my dogs were in the same spot i saw them in my astral projection state on the couch downstairs.

Amazing experience here I see ! Useful too so people can learn more techniques.

In a way. You'll notice things you never noticed. Places, objects, people, and even energetic beings. You may go out of body and then suddenly see an entity(maybe a familiar family member who passed away) standing in your room.

I felt relaxed then i heard a sound of high frequency, i imagined then a chinese girl came up in a picture. i dont even know her or met. Pixels as it vanish, the next thing I saw was a tree it was was enormous and beautiful. after that was a picture of a strange little girl.I decided to wake up and note my experience.I called my mom and said that I did (AP) she did't reply. I FELT WAKING AND STANDING UP yet my physical body was still, I knew it was (AP) im doin'. Suddenly i woke and decided to sleep again cause it's only 3 am. Morning came and i wrote down the happening. I think it was a lucid dreaming cause my mom didn't answer at all. So I ask her, she said she didn't hear anyone calling her name. I'm confused right now guys. But hopefully it was a FUN ExPERIENCE ^_^

There are certain dreams that you have during certain times of astrology and within your own mood. Sometimes you can escape his field and it can lead to memorable dreams that can create yourself. I believe yours is of the little girl from that movie, the little evil girl with the white dress on, HAHA. When i have them it is usally of grand theft auto, because that is the one that I want and like the most!!!!! HAHA

Your astral body is a form of consciousness. Consciousness is not physical. Think of it as an invisible light wondering around the planet and the universe. Bilocation is an interesting phenomenon though. It sounds weird sometimes, being 2 places at the same time. Astral projection I understand since your physical body is resting but in many concepts of bilocation it is said that the person creates like a doppleganger of themselves. Which is kinda confusing but still interesting.

I feel more comfortable during day not at night when astral projecting is it scary weird when u do it at night

I find night time is the best time. When your body is more naturally ready to enter that kind of state.
