There are in my model two different levels a person can be at in Telekinesis, the first I call "paperweight" and is the ability to move light objects made of paper, like in Lessons 1 and 2, or a bank note or anything made from this light material. Then comes "heavyweight" which is when one eventually progresses to heavier metal objects, such as coins or spoons or pens or something. Foil paper is an excellent over lap between the two weights and a good way to train in making the step up to moving heavier objects.

Telepathy can be looked at in this way also. My model specifies two different classes of Telepathy with Empathy being a rudimentary form of Telepathy. There is a definite relationship between the two. Telepathy is the ability to know what they are thinking where as Empathy is the ability to sense how other people are feeling. The latter being a kinesthetic version of the former.

What about Empathy? Does anybody consider themselves to have Empathic abilities?

A few years back I saw telekinesis on youtube. I tried out. Within a week I was able to do psi-wheel spinning at a speed (not fast, of course) and was able to twist the object suspended from the ceiling. After a week, my third eye began to explode, I wasn't ready. I hadn't researched this bit. I started seeing shadows dashing by. I had very very strong dreams to the point I had physical attack. (Not kidding) so I beamed out golden white unconditional love and stopped everything, managed to slowly minimise down my third eye.

Fastforward a week ago (or a little more than a week), to your question, that is when I started doing it again. At least I know what I am supposed to do now. Can spin psi-wheel at a speed and the suspended objects twisting.

I just want to point out that if you can do telekinesis you can do any other kinesis because they are all one. you use energy for all of them. the only thing that would be different is electrokinesis and heat. because those are different types of energy

Not entirely true, I think. There are different procedures required for the different kinds of kinesises.

No, I'm not even that go at telepathy yet sadly and I really like it. And I don't know for sure what weight I am because I can move foil but I consider myself paperweight.

ive learned to control the wind at mere will, no i must work out how hard it blows

within the past two years i started i moved up being able to rotate a construction paper psi wheel which was a big plus. i can turn lights on and off pretty well which is also a big plus. my dreams are more vivid and my biggest dream came true which was being able to astral project. and my aura has went from blue to violet to pure white . (thats my progress report)

i have a question how can i get what i see in my mind un to my reality like moving a cup i know it has to do with energy like when i dream and i do any tk i can feel the object and when i levitate i feel like im on a bed of energy. i guess my question is how do i manipulate that in this reality? or is what i see in my mind the same reality and im already doing tk?

Do you have to dedicate all your time to practicing tk? Because I have a lot of schoolwork
