| U kno when u rub your hands together u create heat & friction? Well, I'm gonna take a scientific guess & say that it charges up the psychic energy & could be easier w/ the force push. |

| When I rub my hands together I can feel the energy coming out of them much better, when you do this before putting hands together like 1 - 1/2 inch from each other you will feel the magnetic sensation between the hands much faster than without rubbing. I normally only rub hands when I feel that my energy is getting weaker, then after that it gets another boost.  |

| Rubbing your hands together gives a feeling that is similar to energy coming from your hands, so maybe it does something I dunno. Be careful though, rubbing your hands together can create a static charge, so only rub them when you are far enough from your target. |
