| Is there any way to lift the body with out lucid dreaming and also whats the best meditation for telekinesis?

allright i also hear that you must visualize objects, for the objects to move is this true? Visualization is the most important thing in telekinesis. Visualize atoms of energy hitting the object. |

| Is busting clouds a form of Telekinesis? If so, then that's what I was doing last Tuesday evening. I compared the speed of the clouds I was concentrating on to the others, and mine were dissipating pretty darn fast in comparison. Why was I cloudbusting... bored while waiting for someone to visit. |

| That is cool. Yes I count that as Telekinesis although I would wager there is someone out there who would say "no, its weatherokinesis or something lol.
