I find it has many useful techniaues like focusing and meditation.

The person who maintained the site (who vanished years ago) had a youtube channel where he posted his progress. Although some of the demonstrations can in fact be done with trickery I think some of them are good.


He only made a handful so take a look and tell me what you think of them.

Try talking to aliens to practice telekensis not people. There are plenty of aliens willing to help you become a teleapath but hardly any people. Way easier to work with the aliens and actually be able to communicate as well. Also just keep in mind that all of the aliens and myself included can translate everything. So it's no problem.

What you said is very interesting for me, because a friend of mine told the same thing. Maybe are you talking about the grays?
