3rd eye is responsible fir all psychic powers like clairvoyance claiaudience etc. Tk is imprived by daily practice atleast for a month and then keep practicing frequently but renember, you need to be patient and keep trying new techniques.

For* improved* remember* I cant really pinpoint the exact way to know whether your third eye is open or not coz mine is not open yet. But you just start having visions and stuff. Mark and Nazir can help a lot more in this.
