i found a new way to rid yourself of anger... simply look at the sky and take 5 deep breathes! works great! i was so mad at my mother in law yesterday. i done that and it was as if i wasnt even mad anymore

Anger is a reaction inside you to an external stimuli. With practice you will be able to control that too.
