Here are a few ways I know will boost your psychokinesis abilities
1. Feelings-Feelings have always influenced our abilities to do anything. From working to playing, when you're happy things go more smoothly while when you are angry you don't think straight and sometimes can get out of control
2. Meditation-When you meditate you are centering yourself. You are aligning the chakras or if you don't believe in that then you are aligning your spine which has prove to help a person think clearly and has even boosted their intelligence as well.
3. Healthy Eating (Health in general)-Healthy body, healthy mind, strong force in pk abilities. I am a vegetarian, I have been since I was conceived so I attribute my early blossoming of abilities to that (My first ability was aerokinesis)
4. Practice-It doesn't boost it but it will help you get stronger
And lastly 5. MUSIC-Music is one of the biggest influences when it comes to my abilities. I just put the Brain Food playlist from spotify on and just watch my abilities blossom.
