| I find the technique on the first page the easiest. And by the way the teleportation during AP worked. |

| Sorry Nazir, I fell asleep haha. I can't do AP I don't know how to. I sit with my back straight and follow all the steps (I've tried multiple techs), then I start to feel energy everywhere in my body but I can't seem to achieve AP. |

| keep trying friend!! if you fall asleep that means your doing it right. when you fall asleep during astral projection it sends your mind into lucid dreaming when is generally astral projection |
