Hello everyone ,

I just started aerokinesis , meditating , and all that stuff 3 days ago. but i am not realy feeling it.
I'v been meditating atleast 10-20 min a day outside , And right after that i try to just create some wind...
But even that is not working for me ... Idk if i am doing something wrong but it realy makes me lose my hype to
learn kinesis.
and i am giveing up soon ... but i am just not getting any results...   

don't give up my friend, mountains weren't made in a day, remember you cant be negative about it and expect results. you have to be positive

visualize your energy connection into the wind, north, south, east and west, then imagine the direction of the wind you want to exp. if you dont see any results practice makes perfect

also the wind is playful, you have to be happy when practicing you cannot force it

I find it realy hard to ''Visualize energy''. Just how should it look?

when i want to create the wind . first i will relax myself and feel the air . imagine the feeling of the wind blow around the body then make it stronger stronger and stronger.

its like visualizing roots of energy get it?

I get the first part , but the part aboud makeing it stronger not so much...

I think he means energy roots, but he could mean tree roots.

well... just imagine the wind is growing and feel the wind growing stronger and stronger
I will focus on something like tree and feel the air imagine wind are blowing then wind will come .
The most important thing is you have to feel the air around you and fit in nature.
