This time I have a demo for you guy's of me doing a push force on an Aluminium foil that was placed in a little bit of a distance to me! Sadly I couldn't record before, or better saying I didn't. Because I was able to push it off the chess board and it fell down the table! After that it was slight movements and my camera batteries died... But if you look closely a red glow with the form of my hand was frozen in the very last frame!

LOVE THIS!! you're so far away from it also, I am trying to practice from a further distance right now and I find it challenging.
