mark i am sorry but you look alot like loki from thor and the avengers on to the question what techniques do you apply to not use your hands so much and to push the object away from you i have the problem of i cant get past moving me good ole hands and pulling the object

Lol, Loki is a pretty handsome guy too.
Thats a fairly new push technique I have been using. I saw a Russian woman (not Nina Kulagina) using that technique of rubbing her hands and then thrusting them forwards, seemed to work after a few tries so I've added it to my repertoire.

Good video. And... Your voice!!! It sounded so different to last time ( that telepathy one) keep recording with good light, the image is a LOT better than most of the others. And keep speaking! We need to hear the dark master more often!

Yes, i noticed so. That is why i said that. Maybe people will stop saying you record with a potatoe if you record with good lighting.
