I saw Inception, which seemed to revolve a lot around lucid dreaming. I've heard about other people doing it, but I've never even come close. One thing I wonder about with my dreams is that they're all like being in either a Pixar cartoon or a distorted real life situation. They're never clear. Then there's the problem of realizing that you're asleep. I could always set an alarm like Mark said in his video, but I've also seen some advice that says to develope a habit that can determine if you're asleep: such as, pinching your hand. Either way, I wasn't able to keep focus enough while falling asleep on remembering that I'm actually dreaming.
Has anyone had any success with this?
