this is for all who have mastered lucid dreaming...

last night I had a strange dream. lots of sex, lots of physical violence,...
at some point I had several needles in my thumb and pulled them out without any pain,..nevertheless.. so I knew that I was dreaming. Then happened, what happens everytime when I'm concious about, that I'm sleeping: I woke up

How do you manage not to wake up at that moment ?!

That happened to me the first few times of lucid dreaming too. The key is to just go back to sleep, hold the images and sensations you saw and felt before you woke up and think "I'm going back"

I later developed a technique where I open one eye to check I am in fact in bed, I then close it and carry on with my lucid dream.
