what do you guys think of manipulating dark energy ? would it be possible to manifest shadows and give people night terrors like freddy kruger?

Umbrakinesis is specifically shadow manipulation. But the part of terrorizing people psychically would fall under telepathy. Since some of us could already go in to someone else's dream it won't surprise me if one of us would be able to control it. Some really talented spiritualists can even possess someone.

If you enjoy accumulating bad karma for giving people nightmares, go for it :3. And yes, my friend manipulates dark energy to take it away from people's system to help and heal etc.
