The most important thing to do before trainning telekinesis is to feel the energy and it's flowing out of your body. If you haven't open it before, when you do this excercise, you will feel the energy stuck at your palm center and can't go out, this even hurt your skin... The excercise is very simple, repeat it everyday about 10-15 minutes.
