ok so since i started telekinesis i have had good results under glass, i put this down to the routine that i was given as a part of my course at the time.

things needed: ken cohen qigong pack ( the closest thing to what i was doing ), yoga matt, a glass fish bowl ( for training in telekinesis under ), the spiral cut out that i have attached to this topic ( when i can figure out how to ) and a crystal bowls album ( for stimulating your least activated area + knowing how long you have been doing each movement for as each track is 10 minutes )

morning routine: 20 minutes whole body breathing techniques, 10 minutes circulation movements and 10 minutes sitting movements.

evening routine: 20 minutes whole body breathing, 10 minutes circulation movements and 20 minutes sitting movements.

((( REPEAT THIS EVERYDAY FOR THE FIRST WEEK )))

week 2+ rest of training until you understand how you can activate your meridians:

Morning routine: same as above except when you finish you need to sit still whilst keeping the sensations active so that you get used to having them whilst being static ( do this with the night routine )

after 1 of the routines ( what ever suites you ) do telekinesis using the spiral cut out i will provide.

use the crystal bowl album to heal you every week - 2 weeks as telekinesis will take an effect on the health of your meridians if you dont heal yourself.

you need to have blank full awareness for you to feel everything correctly.

do not ever think that more effort and strain in telekinesis is better than hardly any effort as you are just going to waste your time, telekinesis requires very very gentle techniques.

If you keep up the movements in energy work you will start to understand exactly how to move the objects.

connect with the objects, the bigger the connection the faster and greater the movements are

I noticed watching your videos Lee that you always use a glass bowl. Have you ever had any success levitating an object off of the ground?

Yes i have to always do it under glass for the institute to be able to class it as telekinesis, yes i have i was practising with a plastic straw on string inside my bowl.. i only moved my hand up and one half of it shot up and hit the top ( a good 5cm + distance ) it then settled back into its original place straight after.

I had some dandelion seeds ( the fluffy things ) and was keeping it up into the air with a nice distance and i have the water bottle with a bit of tin foil on string inside that i lifted once ( after leaving the water to settle for near 24hr so that the air inside would not latch onto the foil )

to be honest its not like its a normal time its always when im so tapped in i can see energy around me, trying to move things when i just sitting down, shocking my misses with my energy and stuff like that... when i go like that it takes a few days to get normal again.

dont know if thats a normal thing for early stages but happens all the time and thats when i get the vids with good control

Looks like we have an awesome irish here. Why is Lee so common in Ireland?
PS I still don't like meditating - I only do ultra short 3-5 breath meditation for better telekinesis.

haha im not from ireland lol i live in england lol, when i say meditation its the standing meditation with the gathering / circulation of energy, it helps feel and create sensitivity.

the aim of it is to balance the energy, when balanced is when you have all abilities unlocked from inside of you, the specialist i work with say the most important thing is to balance yourself and all the specialist are healers who specialise in balancing

p.s dw i get the ireland thing a lot haha

more things for more experienced energy workers.

when you can feel a substance enter the legs just as much as it does in the arms and main body area, you want to try and breath using the legs when any body part such as arms move up so you can feel the energy enter the feet and travel up the legs, then when you move that body area back down you want to breath with the top area using the same technique as you did drawing the energy up the legs.

( this is so you have air born energy and rooted energy in one practice )

food draining: this one is more interesting, using the same technique as above you want to breath using the hands this time ( make sure your meridians are activated through general practice before ) the food can be fresh or cooked, and you can even use fluids for this... cup your hand into a tiger paw position and hover it above the food at a distance where you can feel the energy of the food ( if you dont feel it dw just place the hand where you first feel its perfect ) twist your hand a little whilst breathing with it, this absorbs the foods energy except your not loosing any through digestion its just fresh strong no wasted energy... P.S AFTER YOU TRY THIS EAT THE FOOD AND TELL ME WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO IT Very Happy ITS FUNNY!! dont look for the answer just notice.

i will post some powerful breathing techniques with videos of all of this when i get the time
