| Sometimes my energy (chi) gets released when I'm still charging it up. Is there any way I can fix this? |

Something from my own personal experience and people asking me, focus on the energy? I would suggest now. Do all the hand movements, qigong and yoga exercises naturally and empty your mind completely and think nothing at all. Don't think of anything just focus on your breathing and slow movements. You feel the tingly sensation? Good, keep doing what you're doing without loosing focus. |

| The looping technique never worked for me Mark. So, I just focus on storing energy in my palm and then releasing it. When doing force push then i stire it in my sacral chakra and then bring it down my arms and release it. |
