im having a slight issue pushing my energy out of my hand  like just moving my hand it projects fine but when its stationary i cant do jack XD help?

how about moving your astral hand instead of your physical hand??

nada, ive tried that for awhile now and no results, idk why but it only works if i push the wind with my energy when i move my hand
its making me angry because others can do it on the1st few tries and im just still here like   wut

i dont know why it works when my hands are completely relax. completely no tense, and instead of forcing the energy with the muscle i focus on the third eye area to create pulse of energy sensation(i can feel it). if i tense it my energy flow seems like its blocked. my current energy level can only affect papers.

theres two type of sensation for me so far, the magnetic repelling feels which are hard to control most of the time cause twitching of the object and the other one is electrical tingling, which are far more better and as far as i have experienced have create sliding effects on the foil paper i practiced with.

im sure someone more experience might have different experience

i was thinking the same. when i did my pyrokinesis video i was just empty minded of everything in existence all that mattered was me and what was in my aura. so i kept expanding my field till the flame was in it then focused my aura around my flame to feed it.

(i jus figured how to post vids lol..........)

for pushing an object, even mark had movement when he was doing the pop can pk bowling video.
but for smaller objects like paper yea id agree with fiz just let your aura pulse out dont think about flexing your muscle to force it out. just focus on your breathing. inhale energy exhale negativity and distractions.
like if you consider a punch there is the build up of both strength and momentum(focus of your intention and the force of your withheld pulse) before the impact(push).

also you might be an elementalist like me. "idk why but it only works if i push the wind with my energy when i move my hand" next time your outdoors and you come into heavy winds just breath but when you exhale create a wind from behind to push the incoming winds back. at first it will feel like the wind is getting stronger thats just you in the middle of your force colliding with the oncoming wind.

hm when i do my pyrokinesis its like i can instantly connect with the fire
when i do go outdoors i can create a helluva wind! i feel at home outside when i practice under the stars its like they give me power
