| I would put is this way, if you just started i can be easier for your brain to "connect" to the object you are working with if you are closer, but in general it shouldent really matter if you are close or a bit away. Hope i helped Have a nice day  |

| you can also transfer the energy to your hand epicness so your head doesnt have to be too close  |

| It's either I know how to transfer energy to my hand but am crappy at it, or have no clue how to transfer energy in my hand and have been doing it without the help of my hands for 2 months. |

| Nah guys it's okay now, I just find it a bit hard to focus on the object while it's further away, but I just successfully did a force pull on it, and my head didn't need to be close. |
