| is the energy also consumed?because when im practicing my telekinesis when i move the psi wheel,the second day i cant do it then the third day i did it again.i think when my energy is already consumed it restores again and thats all.. |

| You can drain yourself with too much practice. A good sleep usually restores your energy. Have you had sleeping trouble? |

yey!!thanks mark,everyday im thinking about how i restore my energy and thats it..but i dont know if i having a good sleep and i dont have a sleeping trouble. |
