You should think twice before opening your third eye, and I know exactly what I'm talking about as I once undeliberately fully activated my third eye. It was one night in the beginning of january. I was in the living room with my mom and I didn't hear the common popping sound at all. I freaking heard some souls yelling of agony and despair. I was freaking freaked out. Good thing the moment my mom noticed a weird feeling, those voices disappeared. The next night I couldn't sleep and it seemed to me like time had frozen forever.... I hope I didn't discourage you too much lol.
If you learn how to control your third eye first (I practice through TK especially), you'll be all fine mate .

Glad you joined to the forum! Astral projection is very helpful in gaining knowledge, and as Revo said, you should ask yourself if you're truly ready to open your third eye. I opened it before, but luckily, I didn't have such negative experiences. However, no one is the same, so really take the time to think about it as opening your third eye will lead to other abilities. Anyway, good luck on astral projection!

Revo, Vega, thank you both. I am glad you brought that up, I should have been more clear. I've suffered from night terrors for over two decades.

It was something that after waking up from I would continue to be in so much fear, particularly going back to sleep. The experience start off as a violent vibration, loud, and excruciating screeching sound in my head followed by an escalating sense of fear along with shortness of breath. I cannot open my eyes, completely paralyzed and unable to move or yell for help. I never really told anyone about it except for my wife.

This has gone on since I was 16, I'm 40 now. And I don't know why it took me so long to figure out what was going on with me but, I finally went ahead and did some research and found out that I was experiencing sleep paralysis. I then stumbled on a few videos on youtube about Astral Projection and the values of it. There was a video that said if I get past the vibrations, to calm myself and if I think of positive thoughts, it would help.

3 months ago I did just that and while I still get the vibrations, the fear, shortness of breath has gone away and I felt weightlessness. Sorry to go on and on, but yeah. In answer to your question, yes. I am ready to open my third eye

I also experienced the screeching sounds in my head before and reconsidering them now, I realize that they might be due to
1. a spirit taking advantage of your fear/depression and trying to possess you or make you lose your mind
or
2. your third eye trying to open the gates of lower dimensions but some unknown mystical force blocking and preventing you from doing so.
