how many times will i do meditation? suggestions for faster progression Smile and how will I know if I'm in the meditate state?

Hi, in my opinion you shouldn't meditate for too long on the first month's, if you meditate too much, you will receive to much energy which your body isn't used too and become ill. At least one time per day, 10/15m per time. Preferably in the morning (charging batteries for the day), when you advance (you will KNOW when you progress... maybe 1/2 month later), you could do both morning, and before sleep (and now this will trigger the lucid-dream/astral-projection aspect, better dreams,etc) and finally, when you feel so... a little meditation at mid-day too!(it's kinda meal, yummy)! But please, start calm, do not expect anything, have no expectation at all, and the things will begin flowing to you in a relaxing a pleasurable way!

Binaural beats works, but once more, it is a "fast-forward" button that shouldn't be pressed, because in the end, you are not aware of what could come to you (therefore, not prepared), i had bad experiences/results because of binaural beats. BTW, you can use nice relaxing music as alternative, and it works really well without the "dangerous" involving the binaural beats. I like this one very much (I never listened this kind of music before start meditating, but you know... this is real music, not that commercial crap that we are used to listen):

You should do meditation as often possible. When you learn efficiently, you can meditate during walk, movements (Tai Chi) and even during conscious conversation. So it's not the same as you're doing nothing.

You're in deep meditation state when you don't feel your physical breath (just pure energy) and you feel how the energy flows through you. Some people call it electric feel/sensation or vibrations.

You start with focusing on your breath (as breathing helps to move your energy between energy points), and let it go. E.g. start from your throat chakra and on slow exhale redirect the air upright. Then from there this takes you to the next level where you can consciously move this energy.

There is no tutorial for that, just trial and error, feel and practice. If you'll start following any tutorial, you're missing the whole point and you'd be probably doing it wrong.

Me personaly after using binreal beats I got into a major trance state for about 2mins I felt so good after the meditation however I only did it for 10mins that should give you an example Smile

Try meditation for about 5mins-10mins a day for 2 weeks. Then move on to 15-20mins tbh know your limits and you'll be fine Very Happy

I usually meditate for about 10mins every 2 hours.
