After a few minutes I mostly get into a paralyzed state and sudden relaxation.

yeah relaxation is my main experience. I sometimes feel physically lighter.

There are different methods out there. I use a method where I relax my whole body. After a while I don't feel my arms and legs anymore and they feel heavy. There are -like Mark mentioned- also ways where you feel lighter.

I can do a thing where I focus my energy and become heavier. I call it super dense mode and it makes me unmovable. Have you tried getting someone to move you while you're in this state?
