Yes indeed, the spoon bending. One of the most famous and untrusted moves seen in the world on about psychokinesis. It is  real and at the same time it cannot be real. What I mean is that you could find magicians/illusionist playing around with spoon bending TRICK. Although I love the trick myself because it makes people go nuts. But for psychics like Mark, I'm sure it will be a bit of disgrace. So I asked myself: Wonder doing this for REAL with my psychokinesis abilities. Even though I'm a beginner I started trying this. 1 month ago(I'm a really fast learner) I had a little success with this. Then I used a new technique. To make it easier.

I place my thumbs on the spoon sending my energy to it and making the metal softer. Or if you want rub the spoon, making it warmer(not too warm, just a little bit and let your energy do the rest).

When I was modelling Uri Geller I discovered that he uses the mantra "bend baby bend" I like that and also say that in my mind when bending spoons.
