I've had issues with moving objects from a standstill. A glass jar might make it more difficult to start off. You could just close the doors and windows, use a mask or cover your breathing at first.

With the method of becoming one with the object no hands are necessary. If you're more into biofield manipulation though, then you could use your hands.

What do you mean become one?

By becoming one with an object, I mean feeling that the object is inside you or you are the object. You'll know it when it happens.

What do I need to visualize?

Visualize being the psi-wheel. What does it feel like? How is the weight balanced? What sort of sound does it make as the paper rotates on the pin? That corner over there looks slightly different. What makes it different? Did it just twitch? What does it feel like if it twitches?

Don't think these questions. Just observe and study everything about the psi-wheel in front of you. The feeling should come pretty much effortlessly.
