| Stare at it with a blank mind (don't think about success, failure). Visualize what it would feel like if you were the psi-wheel. |

| Don't push yourself too hard. It takes time for the body to adapt. Make a pause when you get pain or nosebleed. |

| Visualize the result, that's all. Place both hands on each side without moving. Doing here just turn one way to start.
Be patient it will eventually turn. It takes a long time to control both directions. It took 11 days for it really turns. |

| Don't, because then you wouldn't see it move. It's needed for developing confidence at first. When you already have the confidence, you can perform telekinesis on objects that you can't see. |

| Visualize the feeling of being the object and moving.
That's what has worked the best for me.
Some people thicken their biofield and use that to push/pull/spin objects. |

| Do not complicate life, keep your eyes open and displays the result (imagine what is running). Start with that and then we'll see about the rest. When you can rotate several days, then go to another stage.
