Can you markmauvais or nazir or anyone who CAN do these techniques atleast on paper weight explain how do they do that? I mean what you vizualize, what you do, what is necessary to think on? I would be happiest man if i would can knock down atleast a paper weight.

I visualize strings, gas, electricity or atoms of energy coming from my hands hitting the paper. When pulling I do the same but from the opposite side.
