| Visualize energy around the object you want to move. Don't force it to move, just relax and calm and ask the object to move by itself. |

| There's 2 ways I usually do it, sit quietly and just look at your object, try to see all the details of it, know your object. The 2nd one is to hold the object and feel it, feel it's energy, any bumps, is it hard or soft, that kind of thing. Hope this helps some  . |

| I imagine My energy being fused with the object, like on a molecular level. I visualize it being woven into the structure of the object. Take a few minutes to do it, don't rush it. Hope this helps |
