A lot of methods are there for charging your energy. One us the looping technique by Mark. The other is that u store energy in your sacral chakra( imagine white light getting stored while u breathe in) and while u exhale imagine that light floating upwards to your chestand going through your arm being released through ypur palm. You can also do pranayam , yoga and qi gong for charging energy.

Also, if you are having a problem feeling the energy or seeing it, you visualize it, and keep practicing until you do.
Increase your observation skills as well, it is really helpful when you are doing tk.
