I think we can control the energy inside the body, but how about outside? To output internal aurae is easy for me, but how can I change and keep its shape? I can create scissorsfrom my hands(like light saber), (I cannot cut anything by them), but unlike Dragon Ball ,energy ball will be spread away soon.

Creating constructs does give me a lot of mental pressure due to the huge effort I have to give just to maintain a shape(besides circle) for more than 2 sec
