In meditation, somewhat and no it does not unlock the 3rd eye instantly. Also be careful of some of this binaural beats since it does affect the function of your brain in prolonged exposure to it.

I agree with neoben. And you have to be able to meditate seriously first. And becareful with some binaural beats. I prefer using mantras or just meditate and use visualization. If you're someone with an inactive pineal gland it will not open instantly. So take it easy and just meditate normal instantly. That's how you start to get progress.

yea because i listened to one for an hour and a half and now i feel like i am tired and drowsy
