Ok since long time no video published I just made one earlier in the morning . Thanks SW25 and Nazir and NF13 push me to do this this is a very easy and nice way for beginners to practice TK very healthy way I think since i can gaining sun energy while I'm practice even chatting with friends lol……..kidding… u better concentrate and sensing the energy flowing from ur body to the object , charing urself under the sun while practice HOHO. Once you advanced in this u can try pencil ~!
