| How much do you practice per day/week? I usually practice about 1 hour(including meditation just before exercises) per day and try to keep day or two rest in a week. |

| i am practicing night 1 and half hours(several breathing exercises,qigong) and morning 1 and half hour(qigong and meditation) |

| I practice throughout the day sometimes even at school if we have some free time. |

| Anytime at midnight is my top hour for TK. Those hours are great for practice. But is doesn't really matter it could be anytime and any amount. |

| Is there a recommended time length? I usually practice an hour, usually qigong and then a meditation before the TK practice, but I wonder if it should be a bit more for better results. |

yea its just better for me to do it that way for some reason i dont feel right when i meditate |

| Im an early riser so maybe that has an effect. Eversince i was a kid i would wake up early and study....my effeciency decreases at night...it shows even at tk. |

| because technically were in the same time but the sun just strikes at different places but the same time if a nuke blew up in the us it wouldnt take hours to reach india unless if it was a fallout cloud and not a blast shockwave |
