you have to "do not scared" first, fear is the one of the biggest obstacles on our spiritual journey. do meditation at the place you feel safe and comfortable. trust yourself and all things happened would not harm you. you got ur guidance angel protecting you guiding you every single min.

@Mark Mauvais improvement on what? I did put up a video which shows my attempt at chi push with no hand movement. If that is what you mean.
