What qi gong exercise do you recommend ?

Any basic exercise. Just don't focus on any energy or anything when practicing. Your mind should be completely blank and relax as you only focus on your breathing and movements. That's the way to do it effectively. Qigong is basically standing meditations.

whats up its been awhile. i have a question ive been practicing in every way i can think of to practice tk but to be honest control is kicking my ass. i cant get no movement of anykind unless my emotions feel like real content times 10 like to explain i feel as happy as a person can feel and then when i feel that way random things will happen like lights will flicker off and on cups will tip over not at the same time but when i feel this way these things will occur whatever is near me will move or turn off and on this has happened with t.v's, fans, phones, street lights but one at a time like the tv will be on and the room is dark i feel this way and the lights will turn on with the light switch turned off after a couple of seconds the light will turn back off i cant find my control?

Mark, how long do you recommend I train in telekinesis daily? I try to train for 60 minutes each day and for the past few days I've bumped it up to 120 minutes. Do you think that's too long or too short?

Train as long as you like. There is no specific time period for meditating or training telekinesis. As long as you learn to concentrate and focus for long periods. Because that's surely important.

I only train for about 20 minutes a day, if i have time. Rehearsing in your mind is 80% as effective as physical training.

Hey Mark, How strong do you think you will be in about 30 years in telekinesis ?
