Ok for the record I've only been training for 4 day so I'm still new at this. This is my first successful attempt at the force pull. In addition I've found that placing both feet on the ground helps with energy channelling and charging. I'd like to thank Nazir98 and nowforever13 for their advice and in helping my develop my abilities.

Basically when we place our feet on the ground, we absorb energy from mother earth That's why we are able to do tk much better like that... Keep moving my friend.

been making some progress yes, had to take a break for a while cause of family but now im back practicing, its gotten alot easier. When i make another leap i'll post a video
