I don't think that it will give you telekinesis instantly, but it does give you motivation.

I'm already taken care w/ meditation music that iz really used 4 "relaxing while trying 2 sleep 2 avoid annoying noises" music: my Sounds of Paradise CD.

You would do us a great favour if you were able to make a guided meditation, Mr. Mauvais! ;^; But, can't you use the public domain music...? I've seen guided meditation videos that use relaxing music from other CDs. Or perhaps I don't know if they had permission before... >.> <.<
