the fiance decided it was in her best interest to undergo self hypnosis to see if she was actually abducted and if so, what happened while she was abducted:
so the story goes she got abducted and got taken up into this ship that had a red ball like a clown nose on the bottom of it, she was in a solid white room on a table with other people in there, the tables where in the form of a daisy flower, there where 2 types of beings, one was tall and the other was short, the short one came up to the table and stuck a huge needle in her wrist and went down to the elbow joint, she said that she felt it burn while in hypnosis, then they stuck a needle in her belly button, which she says didnt hurt no where near as much as the wrist, and when they where done she went to this solid black room with no light, but there was water there and somehow with no light she could see her silhouette in the water, then a tall being comes in and beings communicating telepathically to her he says he is a being of light and can shape shift, he says that in order to travel as speeds faster than light there race can have no material form, he took the form of a tall gray because it was close to the human body, he then said they cant keep that form for long because it doesnt hold up well, she asked the being if they had a true form and if it would show her, the being said that its true form is so terrifying that it would kill her instantly and just straight up told her no, it told her that they can give false memories but not take them away the being asked if she would like to return home or go with them, she said she would like to go home because of her family here she asked if she was special to them because she was abducted, they said no. there are millions that get abducted, she then asked if she had any children out there and it said no. not enough test done yet, she asked it if she ever would have children and it said perhaps it then sent her back to the house, where she woke up in bed with the short being standing at the foot of the bed,and it gave her the small metal ball that i posted a video of and said it was a gift from him/ her/ it and must have felt some sort of emotion because it said that it wanted to make sure she returned home safe

this was her first try at self hypnosis and she done it on the very first try.... maybe the beings improved her ability?
since the being said that they are beings of light i wonder if they are other dimensional beings because they have no material form.
