About month ago my ex asked me what I have sent to her home, I told her that I haven't send anyone or anything. Then she told me that the thing I send was so powerful that it was impossible to be in the room where it was. Few days ago I found out that it was just very negative energy I send there unconsciously and they get rid of it. Started to think that can really just negative energy be something so strong that it will influence like that.

What do you think about this? Has something like this happened to you?

I think it's very possible, especially if you've consciously avoided this negativity and suppressed it. It would only be natural for your sub-conscious to act upon your psyche to make sure you are taken care of. It's the perfect self-sustaining defense. It's always on its job to protect you~ I myself, have not experienced such a phenomena.

It just surprised me that negative energy can be so strong so it could affect like this. First they thought that it was some kind of spirit I send there.

Haha, I bet! Best thing to do now, is counteract all that negativity with some positivity~ That way there won't be anymore mishaps.

I was thinking maybe it's good time start to do some get rid of the negative energy meditation. It would be nice If I can get rid of negative energy when I practice tk but somehow I have feeling that it may have bad influences.
