Hi guys I'm Daniele, I'm from italy and I'm 26 years old. I've been practicing psychic abilities this last 8 months. I practice telekinesis, clairvoyance, telepathy and I'm trying to astral project but is the most difficult thing to do for me. I learned a lot from some tutorials of Mark, Trebor Seven and Diego Medrano. but everything is new to me so sometimes I feel like I know my method so I can do stuff and some days I cannot even move a piece of foil..
