| When I'm practicing Telekinesis, I visualize the energy wrapping around the object, and then I try and push or pull it. And when I do that, my body feels really weird like there's pressure. And I start to shake and I start to twitch and sweat. Is that a sign that it's working? |

| Yes. That static electricity feeling is chi/psi(whatever you want to call it). I visualize connecting and moving mostly the objects energy and not the object but everyone has different methods. You can also feel chi after a few days of meditation or qigong. I can feel mine really fast during qigong now. |

| One more thing. Chi energy is green. I don't visualize the energy being green. I visualize it as translucent. But I still get that feeling. Am I still doing it right? |

| There are various colors you can use. The ones which works the best for you in certain situations. But yes, chi energy is actually green. You are doing it fine. |

Actually...the original chi energy is rainbow, and pure chi energy is white... I changed my chi color so many times, but the best one is white, easy to visually and the energy have strongest force field. |

| Once I tried the pen roll on TK, I only felt the energy from my head 2 my shoulders & tat'z it. & I only practiced 4 15 minz, which iz good enough 4 me. |
